Guiding Youth Towards Success
As the founder of B-RELYT, Kimlin holds herself personally accountable to bettering America, through the Mission and Vision of B-RELYT and book, Authenticity, Accountability & Ambitions (AAA released 8/2018). AAA will take you on a journey of truth in an effort to guide all people on the path to success. Kimlin highlights a chapter on each of her kids, Joel Isaiah (son) and Tyler Milan (daughter). And she does not hold back on the challenges and triumphs of being Black in America. AAA’s target audience is College students. And Kimlin’s goal is to Public Speak to Colleges throughout the United States.

Kimlin Charise Johnson has been a Project Engineer for over 23 years. Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Kimlin has been married to Stanley Johnson (an Electrical Engineer) for 17 years and, “He is my biggest supporter and best friend." She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.

Recently,Kimlin was the keynote speaker at CSU Stanislaus Social Justice Conference for her book tour, Let’s Start the Dialogue, Dialogue for Change. January 2018 Kimlin spoke at the Sanitation Districts Board Meeting composed of Mayors, Representative, and Council Members current Labor Rellations issues. Kimlin’s speech at this January 2018 District’s Board meeting was the vehicle to a solution in their labor relations issues.

Stan LaSha Johnson
Stanley is the Treasurer of B-RELYT and a dedicated husband and father, with 20+ years’ experience as a licensed Electrical Engineer. His goal is also to empower young people with knowledge, based on his experience and background.
Growing up in Compton, California, in a working-class family, he faced many obstacles in his life’s journey. However, through self-improvement, he overcame many of these obstacles to become the successful Black professional that he is today.
Stan's motto is: “Be a better person today than you were yesterday, and be a better person tomorrow than you are today!”

JOEL I. JOHNSON
Joel Isaiah is a Renaissance man. He is trying to decide where his talents will best be utilized in the world. He is gearing up for college.
